For the third year running I will be co-facilitating a workshop with Tantra teacher Jan Day on this beautiful canary island.
A wonderful blend of holiday and personal development, you can expect to be deeply touched and moved.
The workshop itself will be a blend of yoga, dance, meditation, touch and group process and will unfold gradually in response to the participants needs. There will also be time for deep relaxation and an excursion, if wanted, to watch whales and dolphins from a private boat.
Finca Argayall is a beautiful oasis run by a caring community and both food and accommodation are inspiring.
