Our relationships have radically altered in the last 50 years. When roles were clearly defined, divorce was rare and expectations were radically different.
In an increasingly complex world, many relationships become comfortably numb or disintegrate once the first flush of romance has passed. We lack the tools to create an ongoing supportive, harmonious and loving relationship. We tend to blame our partners for our own disappointments.
Authentic communication and mutual understanding is a rare gift in a modern relationship. Ultimately in our deepest selves we need to connect with a partner at a physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual level. We need to recognise those connecting abilities in ourselves and in others.
This course is suitable for those in relationship, who want to expand their potential; those who are wounded at the finish of a relationship and want to heal the past and for those wanting to upgrade their skills in order to create a fertile environment for their next relationship to flourish.
We will work with psychotherapy, dance, connection exercises, authentic communication and sharing and psychodrama to create a depth of understanding and potential.
You will leave with renewed hope for the future and an understanding of the patterns that have shaped your past love affairs.
